We are so proud of our Club Graduates
When our puppies return to The Seeing Eye they are placed into a class where they train with a professional trainer. If they pass "puppy college", the puppy raisers are invited to Morristown for their dog's Town Walk -- our dog walks with their trainer ahead of us while a volunteer walks with us and explains to us everything our puppy has learned.
Afterwards, they are matched with a sight-impaired person who they will also train with for 3 to 4 weeks. If all goes well, we, the puppy raisers, receive a "graduation photo" in the mail plus a letter telling us a little bit about the person our puppy has been placed with.
We are so proud of our pups and we remember all of them.
